Students and staff united in the spirit of mindfulness and well-being, participating in a series of invigorating yoga sessions. From beginners to advanced practitioners, everyone enjoyed the benefit of yoga, fostering a sense of a calm, focus, and inner peace. Our celebration included: ?Guided yoga sessions by experienced instructor, Mrs. Deepa Umamaheswar, Managing Trustee Svastha international vask yoga centre, and Mrs. Bhavya B G Assistant teacher vask yoga centre. ?Breathing exercise and meditation for mental clarity. ?Inspirational talks on importance of holistic health and yoga practice competition was conducted as a part and parcel of celebration. The theme for 2024 is "Yoga for self and Society". Yoga is invaluable gift from our ancient tradition we are proud to embrace the practice of yoga,promoting physical health, mental well-being, and a harmonious lifestyle.
